Sets up Tauri v2 + React frontend with SQLite metadata store,
sqlite-vec for CLIP embedding infrastructure, and r2d2 connection
pool replacing the single Arc<Mutex<Connection>>. Indexer now uses
rayon for parallel file metadata collection.
